Everything was good, courteous staff, good views of the town and bridge. The location was stunning - 300 metres away from Viaduc de Millau. Further, it was near the many closely located restaurants, nearby factory outlets, and centre of ville, easy car parking and friendly staff. It was a functional building, the rooms were reasonably spacious.

Limited parking available, old fashioned building, off-hand reception staff, room not ready when we arrived, wrong room offered ...

Well, the breakfast was ok, but with only one staff member chatting while eggs were empty and no pastries left, talk about a letdown. And don't even get me started on the price of the parking, for that kind of money I expected at least a complimentary gesture or a room upgrade. Just couldn't give a good review.

We booked a room with a view of the viaduct, our room had a view of the viaduct but was mostly obscured by a lounge used for business meetings, when I complained I was told the other room with a view was being redecorated but was offered use of the lounge, this had not been cleaned since the last business meeting and offered no comfort. Breakfast was ok, but expensive for what was on offer. The general decor of the restaurant was tired as was the hotel generally.

Excellent views of the Millau Viaduct, Secure parking facilities, Attractive modern design aesthetic
Inadequate air-conditioning leading to discomfort!!! Limited amenities in rooms, such as missing fridges or safes, surprising for a four-star hotel!!! Outdated decor in some areas invites an upgrade!!!

The location was good. Some of our friends had good rooms but they were not consistent.
Basic accommodation, needs refurbishment. Our bathroom was a wet room for the disabled but was wet and dangerous underfoot and needs updating. Attitude of bar staff poor and wrong change given. One receptionist was friendly and helpful but other was unhelpful and unfriendly. The landing smelled. The prices of breakfast and drinks was extortionate.

Our brief stay at the Mercure was made so enjoyable thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. They recommended a superb Restaurant to us called capion and experienced an absolute gastronomic treat. Having travelled through Italy and Spain it was wonderful to have free use of their computer and internet to book our onward journey, and the staff printed our booking form for us..Then I realised I left my iphone charger in the last hotel and when I enquired where I could purchase one, Voila - they produced one that had been left behind by a previous guest at Mercure and gave me a present of it.. Well Done everyone at Mercure...

Ideally situated in the centre of Millau.
The hotel was tired, both bedrooms and restaurant in need of a makeover. Certainly it was overpriced , you are paying highly for the location.

comfortable stay with a great view
The room offered a wonderful view that allowed me to enjoy the fine landscape. The bed provided really good comfort. Breakfast impressed with a wide variety of choices, including freshly made scrambled eggs that were a delight. Plus, the charming balcony added a lovely touch to the experience.
